I manage your file from executed contract to closing: tracking every deadline, gathering and organising documents, chasing signatures, coordinating with lenders, title and escrow, keeping your clients updated, and making sure your file is compliant for your broker. You stay focused on winning and serving clients.

Agents right across Florida. Because the work is virtual, location is never a barrier, whether you are in South Florida, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville or anywhere in the state.
How much does it cost?
A simple flat fee per transaction. No retainers, no salary, no benefits or overhead, and you only pay for deals that actually close. Reach out for current pricing.
When do I pay?
At closing. If a transaction does not close, there is no fee. An independent TC does not get paid unless you do.
What are your hours and turnaround?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. New contracts, e-signature requests and documents are processed the same business day when received before 4:30pm; anything later is handled the next business day.

Yes. With your go-ahead, I keep buyers, sellers and all parties informed with consistent, professional updates, so everyone gets a five-star experience whether you have one pending or twenty.
How do I get started?
