If I am on both sides, do you charge one or two fees? We charge one flat fee even when you are on both sides of the transaction.

Will you be in communication with all parties? Yes, we will communicate with the Buyers or Sellers, agent on the other side of the transaction and the title company. If we are assisting a Buyer we will also be in direct communication with their lender.

How do you get paid? Invoices are issued once the file is closed. You can pay via invoice or via the closing company.

Will you have contact with my clients? Yes, with your permission we will reach out to all parties and introduce ourselves. If you prefer we work behind the scenes we are happy to do so.

Do you charge a fee if the deal terminates? No, we only collect our fee if the deal closes.

Will I be copied on all correspondence? It is our goal to have everyone kept informed. You are copied on every correspondence and if we talk to the client on the phone we will let you know.
